1. Do I need to sign up on TBM?

You don’t need to sign up for getting recommendations on product matches or to buy products. However if you sign up, it will help us to calculate best product fit based on the data points you give us. Also, by signing you can take part in our discount offer program.

2. How do I know I am matched with quality Indie beauty products?

Each brand’s product samples are tested extensively by our expert team before they are made available on TBM.

3. What if I don’t find a concern/segment/beauty trait in the recommendation engine (“Tell Us Your Needs”)?

Please email us at info@thebeautymarketplace.com and we will update our database with your requirement.

4. When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged immediately after your order has been accepted and processed.

5. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

6. When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped by the brand within 48 hours after placing it. Each brand on TBM has it’s own shipping method.

7. Do you ship internationally?

No. Currently we ship only in US.

8. What if there is a problem with my order?

Sorry about that. Please email us at info@thebeautymarketplace.com and we will look into it asap.

9. What if for any reason I'm not 100% happy with my purchase?

11. How do I upload my brand?

Our super friendly Brand Application process will get your brand up in few minutes. Once we receive your brand details, we will verify your brand within 24 hours. After we approve an email will be sent to you. Be sure to click on the link in that email to finish your registration and to start uploading your products.

12. What if I do not receive the above email?

You will usually receive the confirmation email within 24 hours, but occasionally there might be problems with mail server not recognizing the email ids. Please reach out to us at info@thebeautymarketplace.com and we will look into the issue asap.

13. How do I upload my products?

You can upload product by product or you can upload entire catalog with a single click.

14. I can’t see my brand or products on TBM?

Your brand will be visible only if it has atleast one product. We approve brands and products within 24 hours after you upload. So, please be patient.

15. Can I make changes to my brand/product details after it is uploaded?

Of course you can. Just sign into your brand page and start making changes. We go through every single update and approve it accordingly.

16. I have problems uploading my brand/products?

17. How do I know that my product(s) is(are) sold?

When a consumer places an order you will receive an email notification from us with the order details. You can find more details on shipping your product here.
